Maintain Tire Pressure For A Safe Vehicle

Tire pressure is a contributing factor to how long your tires last and how safe your driving experience is going to be. Maintaining the recommended tire pressure in all tires at all times is the best way to know that you will have a safe experience in relation to those tires.

When tires have low pressure, issues arise relating to the distance it takes for a vehicle to brake. Longer braking distances mean that a driver can easily misjudge how much distance he or she needs to leave between themselves and a vehicle that is just in front of them. That can lead to more accidents in general.

Over inflating tires can also be an issue, but most modern tires can withstand being overinflated at least a little bit. That being said, doing this on a consistent basis can still produce issues for you that you want to avoid.
