For those who know the Subaru brand well, they know it offers lots of safety. It's been lauded by all types of organizations from crash test raters to publications. Now, there's another one to add to the list, with three SUVs ranking among the best in a new aggregate score.
A site called iSeeCars took the safety ratings of both IIHS and NHTSA along with reliability ratings and value retention ratings and made an aggregate score. The Subaru Crosstrek was the top subcompact SUV, while the best small SUV was the Subaru Outback and Forester is right behind the Outback in the same category in the second spot. It's a nice score because you can look at a lot of the data in one place, and make a decision based on your needs.
